L’exemplaire de la collection BCD, Triton XV, 2012, n° 62 s’est vendu 3750$ sur une estimation de 300$, provenant de la vente Hirsch 71,1971, n° 117. C’est la première fois que nous proposons ce type à la vente.

Located in Magnesia, in Pegasus Bay, Demetrias was founded in 293 BC by Demetrius Poliorcetes. The city served as a royal residence for Macedonian rulers and played a major role under Philip V and Perseus. It became capital of the Magnesian league after the Macedonian defeat of 168 BC..
