Obverse description : Buste diadémé, casqué et cuirassé de Théodose II de face, tenant de la main droite la haste qui repose sur l'épaule et de la gauche, un bouclier orné d'un cavalier chargeant à droite (N'a).
Obverse translation : "Dominus Noster Theodosius Pius Felix Augustus" (Notre seigneur Théodose pieux heureux auguste).

Reverse legend : CONCORDI-A AVGG// CONSA.
Reverse description : Constantinople casquée et drapée trônant à gauche, tenant un globe nicéphore de la main droite et un sceptre long de la gauche.
