Exemplaire issu du médaillier Franklin qui met à l’honneur un tableau de Jean Honoré Fragonard; Les Hasards heureux de l’escarpolette: Ce tableau est une œuvre très célèbre de l'artiste. Une jeune femme en robe rose se balance, dévoilant ses jambes à son amant et tournant le dos à son vieux mari dans l'ombre. C'est un tableau empreint d'une certaine légèreté et de frivolité. Ce tableau est caractéristique du mouvement rococo.
Ce tableau est conservé à la Wallace Collection à Londres en Angleterre.

Collection of medals issued by the Medallier in a limited edition. Once a month, at the price of 180 Frs, a medal was sent. This collection took place between 1974 and 1982. Each medal normally bears on the edge the state hallmark guaranteeing the silver mintage, the P mark for the Proof quality, the year of minting and the hallmark of Master of the Medallion..
