Coments on the condition:
Exemplaire extraordinaire, sur un flan très large et irrégulier, parfaitement centré des deux cotés avec les grènetis visibles. Que dire du buste ? Juste incroyable, de haut relief et proposant un regard attendrissant sur une période pourtant difficile avec une expression dans le regard. Joli revers et belle patine grise de collection ancienne

Reverse description : Tétricus II vêtu militairement, debout à gauche, tenant un globe de la main droite et une lance verticale de la gauche.

Un seul exemplaire connu pour ce monument de la numismatique romaine, conservé à la BnF, de mêmes coins mais dans un état incroyable !.

Caesar (273-274)

If Tetricus I became august death Victorin, Tetricus II became Caesar that to 273. The following year, Aurélien ended the empire Gauls after the Battle of Chalons-sur-Marne and took people from Tetricus and son. They participated in the triumph of Aurelian in Rome in late 274. Afterwards, they were both spared and continued senatorial career.
