The Sotiates occupy the south of the department of Tarn-et-Garonne and are placed between the Élusates and the Nitiobroges. If the people of the Sotiates is not itself mentioned in the Commentaries, Adietuanus, their leader, is (III., 22). It was submitted by Publius Licinius Crassus, the son of Crassus, in 56 BC.
