Obverse description : Au centre, le blason de la ville de Neuilly sur Seine représentant un bateau voguant sous un pont, sous un bandeau aux trois fleurs parmentières. L’écu est surmonté d’une couronne à quatre tours. A gauche de l’écu, des branches de roseaux ; à droite, des branches de fleurs parmentières. Sous l’écu, un bandeau sur lequel figure, en deux parties, la devise de la ville : “PRAETERITIS EGREGIA / QUOTIDIE FLORESCIT” (Glorieuse de son passé, elle devient de plus en plus florissante). Sous le bandeau de droite, le nom du graveur : J.BORY.
