À l’avers est représenté le projet de plan du Parlement slovène de l’architecte Jože Plecnik (1872-1957). Ce bâtiment n’a jamais été construit mais symbolisait les rêves d’indépendance des slovènes; d’où l’inscription “Katedrala svobode”, cathédrale de la liberté.
Au revers, la nouvelle face commune avec la carte de l’Union Européenne à 27 (et non plus 15 menbres comme le 1er type)..
The obverse depicts the draft plan of the Slovenian Parliament by architect Jože Plecnik (1872-1957). This building was never built but symbolized the Slovenians' dreams of independence; hence the inscription \\\"Katedrala svobode\\\", cathedral of freedom. The reverse features the new common side with the map of the 27-member European Union (and no longer 15 members like the first type).
