Commentary

Le projet d’une monnaie slovène, le Lipa (tilleul en langue slovène), a été initiée en 1989 par le Dr. Bogdan Oblak-Hamurabi dès les prémices de l’éclatement de la Fédération Yougoslave. En 1991, la nouvelle monnaie slovène adopte le nom de Tolar (thaler en langue slovène) qui entrera en circulation en 1992.
Le Lipa n’a jamais été adoptée et n’a donc pas de caractère officiel. Certaines de ces monnaies auraient été frappées sur des monnaies yougoslaves de 10 para 1990.
