Superbe monnaie sur un flan large, légèrement décentré au droit. Très beau revers de style fin. Petite marque de coup sur le portrait de Tanit. Patine grise avec de légers reflets dorés

The attribution of the Punic imitations of the Syracusan coinage to Cephaloedium is not certain because Selinunte and Panorme, among other towns in Sicily, also attract attention. According to some authors, these tetradrachms were only minted between 409 and 396 BC. After this date, Hieron of Syracuse took over these cities from the Carthaginians.
