Ce type de potin est très courant. La présence de ce potin dans la collection André BRETON montre qu'une monnaie gauloise -aussi courante soit-elle- a sa place et peut côtoyer le plus rare statère armoricain... Le fait qu'il ait été choisi pour figurer dans la collection André BRETON peut surprendre, mais les nuances de sa patine n'y sont certainement pas pour rien. Les offres reçues pour les quelques monnaies de cette prestigieuse collection vendues dans MONNAIES XIX montrent l'intérêt d'un pedigree pour une monnaie (cf. liste des prix réalisés de MONNAIES XIX).
This type of potin is very common. The presence of this potin in the André BRETON collection shows that a Gallic coin - however common it may be - has its place and can rub shoulders with the rarest Armorican stater...
