Exemplaire sur un flan large, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis complets. Très beau portrait de Salonine. Très joli revers. Patine de collection avec des reflets dorés Conserve la plus grande partie de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

Salonine, the wife of Gallien, seems to receive the title of augusta in 253, when her husband is associated with power by Valerian I. She loses at least two of her children, young Valérien and Salonin. She is murdered at the same time as her husband. Salonina is said to have had Christian sympathies.
