Institué en 2006, le titre de « Ville de la gloire militaire » est attribué aux villes russes dont les habitants ont fait preuve de courage et d’héroïsme particuliers pendant la Seconde guerre mondiale.
Mozhaisk est une ville de l’oblast de Moscou. Elle est occupée du 16 octobre au 20 janvier 1942 par les troupes allemandes lors de la Bataille de Moscou.
Established in 2006, the title of \\\"City of Military Glory\\\" is awarded to Russian cities whose inhabitants demonstrated particular courage and heroism during World War II. Mozhaisk is a city in Moscow Oblast. It was occupied by German troops from October 16 to January 20, 1942, during the Battle of Moscow.
