Le prince Alexandre Mikhaïlovitch Gortchakov (1798-1883) est une éminente personnalité politique russe, qui fut diplomate, chancelier d'État (grade civil correspondant à un conseiller d'État de 1re classe dans l'Empire russe), (1867), et ministre des Affaires étrangères russe de 1856 à 1882.
