Ce denier est frappé sur un flan large et légèrement irrégulier. Exemplaire recouvert d’une jolie patine grise de médaillier et présentant de hauts reliefs. Quelques reliefs apparaissent en négatif sur la face opposée

KINGDOM OF BURGUNDY - CONRAD THE PEACEFUL
(937-993)
Conrad (937-993) became King of Burgundy in 937, succeeding his father Rudolf II. He married in 964 Mathilde (934 - c. 980), the daughter of Louis IV d'Outremer and the sister of Lothair, who brought him Lyon as a dowry. Conrad unites the kingdom of Arles with that of Burgundy, forming the great kingdom of Provence.
