Cette médaille est frappée pour le centenaire de Tristan Tzara (1896-1963). De son vrai nom Samuel Rosenstock, il est écrivain, poète et essayiste de langues roumaine et française et l'un des fondateurs du mouvement Dada dont il sera par la suite le chef de file.
This medal was struck for the centenary of Tristan Tzara (1896-1963). His real name was Samuel Rosenstock. He was a writer, poet and essayist in Romanian and French and one of the founders of the Dada movement, of which he would later become the leader.
