Obverse description : Femme drapée, assise sur un vélo, tenant une couronne de laurier de la main droite. Soleil levant et hirondelles à l’arrière plan.

Reverse legend : ROB / III PREIS / 1897.

Reverse description : Légende en 3 lignes gravée dans le champ à droite d’une branche de chêne et d’une palme. Écusson avec un vélo posé sur un cuir.
