Commentary
This example shows a spelling variation on the obverse with POSTIMVS instead of POSTVMVS as normal. For the Gallic Empire and the reigns of Postumus, Aureolus, Lelian Marius, Victorinus, Tetricus I and Tetricus II, the classification is based on the work of Jérôme Mairat in ROME XV. He reclassified the issues and officias of the different workshops based on the theory of cycles. A very good weight example, since out of 13 examples found in the Cunetio treasure, the average was only 2.82g
