La Bataille d'Ourique a lieu le 25 juillet 1139. Les forces portugaises du comte Alphonse Henriques vainquent celles du gouverneur almoravide de Cordoue, Muhammad Az-Zubayr Ibn Umar, connu comme « le roi Ismar » dans les chroniques chrétiennes.
The Battle of Ourique took place on July 25, 1139. The Portuguese forces of Count Afonso Henriques defeated those of the Almoravid governor of Cordoba, Muhammad Az-Zubayr Ibn Umar, known as \\\"King Ismar\\\" in Christian chronicles.
