Cet exemplaire, en forme d’oeuf, s’ouvre et permet de placer un Louis d’or (diamètre : 22 mm) et une pièce de 10 francs or (18,5 mm). Le modèle est fait de métal ferreux (fer noirci).

Les emplacements pour les pièces sont cuivrés, ornés de lignes irradiant depuis le centre, formant un motif étoilé. L’intérieur du couvercle est lisse.
Dimensions: 57.5 x 30.5 mm (excluding the bail) (thickness: 15.5 mm). This egg-shaped coin holder opens to hold a Louis d'or (diameter: 22 mm) and a 10-franc gold coin (18.5 mm). The coin holder is made of ferrous metal (blackened iron). The coin slots are copper-plated and decorated with lines radiating from the center, forming a star pattern. The inside of the lid is smooth.
