Obverse translation : “Læca”, (Laeca).

Reverse description : Libertas (la Liberté) dans un quadrige galopant à droite, tenant un bonnet de liberté de la main droite et un bâton et les rênes de la main gauche, couronnée par la Victoire volant à gauche.
