Coments on the condition:
Exemplaire sur un flan épais et très large, bien centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Beau portrait de haut relief avec une petite faiblesse sur le vêtement. Revers bien venu à la frappe pour une coloniale, en particulier sur la coiffe d’Isis. Très jolie patine vert olive, légèrement granuleuse

Nero's wife
Poppea was married to Otho when she became Nero's mistress. The husband was sent as governor to Lusitania and Nero got rid of Octavie, his wife, the daughter of Claudius and Messalina in order to be able to marry Poppea. His new wife gave him a daughter, Claudia, but who died four months after her birth in 63. Again pregnant, Poppea was killed by her husband who had kicked her in the stomach according to Suetonius.
