Exemplaire sur un flan régulier avec un très beau portrait. Frappe un peu faible avec une usure superficielle. Patine grise avec des reflets dorés

Poids lourd. Portrait particulier avec un portrait expressif au chignon élaboré.
Historical background
PLAUTILLA and CARACALLA
Caracalla married the daughter of Plautian, prefect of the Praetorium, in 202 at the request of her father. Caracalla doesn't get along with his wife. The Happy Concorde of the legend of the reverse of the deniers struck on the occasion of the wedding is a sweet understatement that does not even last.
