Very light weight. On the boar protome, only one leg is visible. Appears to have the same reverse die as the examples in the BCD collection, NAC. 55, nos. 214 and 215

PHOCIS- DELPHI
(5th century BC)
The federal coinage began in the 5th century BC and ended in 346 BC, the date of the end of the Second Sacred War, marking the hegemony of Philip II over the region with the direction of the 'Amphictyonia of Delphi. The region, mountainous and poor, was dedicated to Artemis, goddess of the hunt.
