Médaille signée C. E. Bryant / Lima, commémorant l’ouverture de la ligne transandine en 1870 de Callao à Oroya. Ce type de médaille existe pour différentes section de la ligne ferroviaire, celle qu’on rencontre le plus fréquemment concerne la section entre Arequipa et Puno.
