Commentary
Le Pérou acquiert son indépendance le 28 juillet 1821, grâce au général San Martin. Bolivar assure l'intégrité du Pérou en éliminant les dernières troupes espagnoles en 1824 mais l'Espagne ne reconnaît l'indépendance du Pérou qu'en 1879.
