Exemplaire sur un flan ovale bien centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Très belle tête d’Héraklès caractéristique. Joli revers à l’usure superficielle. Patine grise avec des reflets dorés

Coinage in name and type of Alexander III the Great

Audéolon succeeded Patraos as king of Peonia in 315 BC. The small kingdom found itself caught in the struggles between Diadoques and Epigones. Peonia was finally integrated into the kingdom of Macedon in 286 BC.
