Ce type, créé en 1749, fut frappé à Utrecht de 1749 à 1751, puis de 1760 à 1763. Ces pièces connurent un grand succès aux Pays-Bas et dans les Indes Néerlandaises. C'est une monnaie destinée au grand commerce international.

(1581-1795)

On January 23, 1579, the five provinces of Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht, Gelderland and Friesland United Provinces formed a federal state during the Union of Utrecht.
