Le terme d'élection désigne le tribunal jugeant et distribuant les revenus de la taille, des aides etc.... Au XVIIIème siècle, les élections ne prirent d'importance que comme circonscriptions financières entre lesquelles se faisait la répartition de la taille. C’est cet exemplaire qui illustre le type dans le Guéant-Prieur.
