Commentary

Étoile à 5 branches sur une couronne de laurier et palme, avec une couronne de laurier au dessus. Diamètre sans la couronne de laurier : 22,5 mm.
Ruban violet bordé des rayures bleu, blanc et rouge.
Cette décoration a été créée pendant la guerre de 5 ans contre la triple Allaince.
