Exemplaire sur un flan épais, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis complets et visibles. Droit bien venu à la frappe, mais un peu mou. Usure régulière au revers. Patine grise superficielle

PAMPHYLIA - ASPENDOS

(5th - 4th century BC)

Aspendos, located 12 kilometers from the top of the Eurymedon, was a great economic place and had a large port on the coast. Aspendos remained loyal to the Persians until the arrival of Alexander the Great and resisted him before being taken in 333 BC. Aspendos belonged to the kingdom of Pergamum between 189 and 133 BC.
