Exemplaire de qualité exceptionnelle sur un flan large et ovale et irrégulier, parfaitement centré des deux côtés. Très belle tête d’Apollon, légèrement stylisée. Revers de toute beauté, finement détaillé. Magnifique patine de médaillier avec des reflets mordorés irisés. Conserve l’intégralité de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

The kingdom of Peonia obtained its independence after the death of Perdiccas III, king of Macedon in 359 BC. 315 AC.), were turbulent neighbours. After the death of Audoleon (315-286 AC.), Peonia was reunited with Macedonia.
