Reverse legend : IVNO CONSERVATRIX.

Reverse description : Junon voilée et drapée debout de face tournée à gauche, tenant une patère de la main droite et un sceptre long de la main gauche.

Reverse translation : “Iuno Conservatrix”, (Junon protectrice).

Commentary

Ce type avec la légende longue au revers est l’un des antoniniens les plus rares pour Otacilia Sévéra. Il n’est représenté que par un seul exemplaire dans le trésor et c’est la deuxième fois que nous en présentons un à la vente !.
This type with the long legend on the reverse is one of the rarest antoninians for Otacilia Severa. It is only represented by a single example in the treasure and this is the second time that we have presented one for sale!
