Exemplaire sur un flan large et légèrement ovale, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis complets. Beau portrait de Numérien. Revers inhabituel de style fin. Patine gris foncé avec des reflets métalliques dorés. Conserve l’intégralité de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

Numerian brings back the army after the death of Carus. He was assassinated in Nicaea by his father-in-law Aper, prefect of the praetorium, himself eliminated by Diocletian on November 20, 284.
