On his Nevers deniers, we find Eudes de Bourgogne, Duke of Burgundy (1143-1162) alone, with the arms of ancient Burgundy on the obverse, broken by a engrailed border. On the death of his wife, the county of Nevers passed to his daughter Yolande.
