LORDSHIP OF NEUFCHATEAU - GAUCHER OF CHATILLON

(1312-1322)

Gaucher de Châtillon (1250-1329) was constable of France, under Philippe IV and his successors, and count of Porcien. The lord of Florennes had obtained in 1292 a right of coinage that his widow, Isabeau de Rumigny transmitted in 1313 to her second husband, Gaucher de Châtillon.
