(1849-1890)

Guillaume III (1817-1890) is the son of Guillaume II and Anne of Russia. He succeeded his father in 1849. In his first marriage, he married Sophie de Wurttemberg (1818-1877) in 1839, who had given him three sons, who died before their father. He married in 1879 Emma de Waldeck (1858-1934) who gave him Wilhelmine in 1880 who succeeded her father in 1890.
