Obverse description : Tête laurée de Néron à droite, une petite feuille de lierre pointant dans le noeud du ruban (O*).
Obverse translation : “Nero Claudius Divi Claudius Filius Cæsar Augustus Germanicus”, (Néron Claude césar auguste germanique fils du divin Claude).

Reverse legend : DIVOS CLAVD AVG GERMANIC PATER AVG.
Reverse description : Tête laurée du Divin Claude à droite (O*).

Commentary


Dans la base TSP maintenue par Michel Prieur, soixante exemplaires sont maintenant répertoriés dont en musées Berne, British Museum, Yale et certainement d’autres mais le RPC ne donne pas de liste et ces types ont majoritairement été omis de la base TSP car classés dans les fonds des musées à Césarée de Cappadoce et donc jamais relevés.
