Superbe monnaie sur un flan un peu court sur une partie des légendes. Les deux côtés sont très bien venus à la frappe. Usure superficielle. Patine grise

Historical background
NERO and AUGUSTUS
Nero is the last descendant of the Julio-Claudian gens. Through his mother, he is the great great grandson of Auguste and through his father, he belongs to the gens Domitia (branch of the Ahenobarbi). Nero poses as successor to Augustus.
