Commentary
Item submitted to NGC and returned as “No Decision”. Although this coin’s authenticity is unquestionable, the presence of bumps on its surface makes it impossible to grant it a grade and precisely ascertain its condition.

Although the authenticity of the coin cannot be called into question, the presence of roughness on the surface of the coin does not allow it to be assigned a grade aimed at determining its state of conservation precisely.
