Pièce célébrant les 400 ans du titre Princier. Honoré II Grimaldi de Monaco (1597-1662), seigneur de Monaco fut le premier à prendre le titre de prince de Monaco en 1612. En effet Monaco fut reconnue principauté par le roi d’Espagne en 1612.
