Bel exemplaire sur un flan large, centré des deux côtés. Très bel éléphant, bien venu à la frappe. Patine grise

Le revers n’est pas sans rappeler le denier de Jules César, vainqueur de Juba Ier à la bataille de Thapsus en 46 avant J.-C. et qui avait le même sujet au droit avec la légende CAESAR (RCV. 1399).
