Obverse description : Trirème voguant à droite avec l'acrostolium.
Obverse translation : "Antonius Augurus, Triumvir Rei Publicæ Constituandæ" (Antoine augure, triumvir pour la restauration de la République).


Reverse description : Trois enseignes militaires sur chacune desquelles se trouvent deux couronnes, un bouclier et une proue de vaisseau.
Reverse translation : “Chortis Speculatorum”, (les cohortes des éclaireurs).


Pour l’ensemble des deniers des légions, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de 864 coins de droit et de 960 coins de revers représentant une production massive, comprise entre deux et quatre millions de deniers. Le coût d’une légion était d’un million de deniers par an. Cependant ce type est l’un des plus rares.
