Exemplaire sur un petit flan bien centré. Beau portrait de Rome dans son torque. Frappe molle au revers. Jolie patine d e collection ancienne avec des reflets dorés

Reverse description : Cavalier galopant à gauche, casqué, vêtu militairement, tenant une javeline transversale de la main droite et un bouclier de la main gauche.
Reverse translation : “Torquatus/ Quæstor/ Ex Senatus Consulto”, (Torquatus/ questeur/ par décret du Sénat).

Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de quarante coins de droit et de cinquante coins de revers. Ce denier est plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les catalogues de référence.
