Très bel exemplaire pour le type, avec un portrait expressif et détaillé du grand maître. On déplore une rayure transversale sur le portrait. Le revers est magnifique et conserve tout son brillant. Patine gris clair homogène

Ferdinand de Hompesch, more precisely Ferdinand von Hompesch zu Bolheim, (Bolheim November 9, 1744–Montpellier May 12, 1805) is the 71st Grand Master of the Order of Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem.
