Poids très lourd. Buste de Macrin particulier avec le buste (B*4) formé d’écailles. Même coin de droit que l’exemplaire reproduit dans l’ouvrage de Varbonov, p. 148, n° 1290 (revers avec l’empereur debout à gauche).
