- 10 ans des pièces et billets en euros
- 100ème anniversaire du décès du Grand-duc Guillaume IV
- mariage du Grand-Duc héritier Guillaume
Cette pièce commémore le mariage du Grand-Duc héritier de Luxembourg Guillaume et de la comtesse belge Stéphanie de Lannoy le 20 octobre à la Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Luxembourg.

In 2012, the BCL issued three commemorative 2 Euro coins: - 10 years of euro coins and banknotes - 100th anniversary of the death of Grand Duke William IV - marriage of Hereditary Grand Duke William This coin commemorates the marriage of Hereditary Grand Duke William of Luxembourg and the Belgian Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy on 20 October at the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg. A new technique was used to make the obverse of this coin, the MPI (minted photo image)
