Obverse description : Buste drapé de Lucille à droite avec un petit chignon ramené derrière la tête (L).

Obverse translation : “Lucilla Augusta Antonini Augusti Filia”, (À Lucille augusta fille d'Antonin auguste).

Reverse legend : CONCO[RD]IA.

Reverse description : Concordia (la Concorde) drapée, assise à gauche, tenant une patère de la main droite et appuyée sur son siège de la main gauche.

Born in 149, Lucille was married by her father to Lucius Vérus in 164. She may have received the title of Augusta in 161. After the death of her husband in 169, she married Pompeianus, an old senator, friend of Marcus Aurelius. When Commodus succeeds his father, he honors his sister, but Lucille plots against him. She was exiled to Capri, then executed in 182.
