Commentary
The obverse of this coin is inspired by the liards minted from 1655 onwards but does not feature a year at the end of the legend. The year is placed on the reverse, but the latter also features the king's name. The striated edge suggests a 19th-century production. The reverse die was used for quadruple piedforts with the portrait of King Apollonian, but having been minted in the 19th century
