Commentary
Tandis que le Roi et le duc de Luxembourg guerroyaient en Flandre contre Guillaume III, le maréchal de Lorge passait le Rhin et prenait la ville de Pforzheim après un siège d’un jour. Il attaqua ensuite l’armée impériale commandée par le duc Frédéric-Charles de Württemberg. Les Français restaient victorieux, faisant beaucoup de prisonniers parmi lesquels le duc de Württemberg (cf. DIVO).

He then attacked the imperial army commanded by Duke Frederick Charles of Württemberg. The French remained victorious, taking many prisoners, including the Duke of Württemberg (see DIVO).
