LOTHAIR II

(12/09/954- 2/03/986)

Lothaire was born in 941 in Laon from the union of Gerberge and Louis IV d'Outremer. A minor on the death of his father, he ceded to Hugh the Great the duchies of Aquitaine (954) and Burgundy (956). He died in Compiègne in 986.
